Bramall specialises in improving social housing and developing new affordable properties in the social housing market. It is a key player in the Government's drive to bring all social housing up to the Government's Decent Homes Standard by 2010.

The company also has an excellent track record in developing extra care residential units for older residents and has been successful in developing state of the art educational buildings and schools. Bramall is committed to community regeneration, through a range of initiatives in the areas where it is based.

Bramall are also keen to develop the new build side of the business and were the first contractor in the country to build a new home to the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.

Bramall works throughout Yorkshire, Humberside, East Midlands, North West, with the scope to expand into other parts of the country and is part of the highly successful Keepmoat group of companies.
