Bramall is at the heart of the communities we serve in the North West, Yorkshire, Humberside, the East Midlands and the East of England.
Our roots are in the refurbishment and repair of social housing. But Bramall has now grown to incorporate new build schemes, ranging from the latest eco-friendly homes to major Extra Care projects for the elderly and innovative educational projects for future generations.
We have an established track record as a key player in the drive to bring all social housing up to the Government's Decent Homes Standard by 2010.
Increasingly, we specialise in building affordable new homes. Amongst these we have built the most environmentally-friendly homes in Britain, earning Bramall international recognition.
As our elderly population increases, we are working with a range of partners to pioneer the provision of Extra Care residential developments, providing bespoke, individually-tailored and life-long accommodation for older people.
Bramall are also leading the design and building of new schools. As part of the Manchester Education Framework, Bramall have delivered both new schools and a range of extensions and adaptations to existing buildings, through innovative and state-of-the-art schemes.
Bramall employs over 1500 people and has an annual turnover of £230million. We are part of The Keepmoat Group, the award-winning regeneration specialists.
