As community regeneration specialists, we go further than simply improving houses. We have helped improve the lives of thousands of residents by transforming large areas of major conurbations through the Government's Housing Market Renewal programme. Working with local communities in masterplanning exercises, we have delivered a wide range of mixed use schemes which combine new homes, shops, education, training and community facilities.

Our work is closely aligned to the Government's agenda of replacing obsolete housing with modern and sustainable homes, which encourage community spirit.

Crucial to our holistic approach is working with local representatives and local organisations to provide employment and training opportunities for local people. That means we use local companies and suppliers, whenever possible.
