Scheme: Three homes at Wellgate, Conisbrough, Doncaster, Yorkshire.

Description: In a first for the company, Bramall assembled two semi-detached and one detached home from a locally-developed modular construction. Three timber-framed, purpose built units, complete with fixtures and fittings, including windows, doors and even ready-painted walls! It took just one day for the homes to be then craned into position onto traditionally prepared low-cost foundations. This meant that the only work left to be done on site was brickwork, completion of the roofs and the services to be connected.
