Resident Liaison

Bramall provides a comprehensive liaison service for residents / tenants, accredited by the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS).

Our approach is based upon openness and transparency - we aim to make sure that tenants are properly informed and given choices about the work being carried out to their home.

In our experience, when residents are properly informed and fully involved, the work being carried out is less disruptive and they are ultimately more satisfied with the end result.

We work hard to ensure that liaison and consultation with residents is truly effective.

Our team of highly trained and dedicated Resident Liaison Officers (RLO's) are committed to providing the highest level of customer care and often go the extra mile to ensure we have satisfied customers.
