Bramall Construction recently aired its views about female recruitment on BBC Radio Manchester, following the company's recent success at this year's Women in Construction awards. Former Big Brother star and qualified plumber Lisa Huo, joined Head of Business Development Gemma Dyson, to discuss the importance of being presented with a 'Developing Women in the Industry' award.

Lisa cut her teeth with Bramall Construction before going on to work as a full-time plumber for Rogerson, one of the firm's sub-contractors. She is a keen advocate of women entering the construction trade which is traditionally considered to be a male-dominated industry.
